- This complete drop-in module integrates the electric fuel pump, 58 PSI (4 Bar) pressure regulator, and fuel level sending unit into a single polyphenylene housing. The assembly is engineered to maintain a closed-loop fuel delivery environment, restoring factory handling characteristics for the fuel injection system.
- The internal 12V motor is treated for environmental exposure and features a 40-micron in-tank strainer. This hardware addresses inconsistent fuel pressure feedback and restores factory-specified fuel flow rates, maintaining proper engine geometry for combustion stability on job-sites or trails.
- Engineered for precise geometric matching to the Ranger fuel tank aperture. The assembly includes a pre-installed tank seal and undergoes cycles tested validation to ensure the fuel level float providing accurate resistance data without ECU recalibration or wiring modifications.
